Looking for a playful way to boost your child's ar

Looking for a playful way to boost your child's articulation skills? Turn speech practice into an exciting game with the "Hide and Find" articulation activity! Here's how to do it:

1️⃣ Prepare the Game: Choose objects or pictures that have the target sound your child is working on. For instance, if the sound is "s," you might choose a sock, a spoon, or a picture of the sun.

2️⃣ Hide the Items: Once you have your items, hide them around the house while your child isn’t looking. Make sure the hiding spots are challenging but accessible.

3️⃣ Start the Hunt: Ask your child to find the hidden items. Each time they find one, encourage them to say the word multiple times, focusing on their target sound. For example, "I found a spoon! Spoon, spoon, spoon!"

4️⃣ Celebrate and Repeat: Celebrate each find with a cheer or a clap! This not only makes it fun but also reinforces their effort and success.

This activity encourages your child to practice their sounds in a fun, low-pressure environment. Plus, it's great for kids who learn best when movement is involved!
