About Oceanview
Founded by Carmen Schneider, MS CCC-SLP in 2022, Oceanview began as a boutique therapy practice committed to high-quality, individualized care. Today, we proudly specialize in speech and language evaluations, offering expert diagnostic services across states spanning both east and west coasts.
In 2026, Alicia Earl, MEd CCC-SLP joined as Co-Owner and Co-Director, bringing her dynamic leadership and clinical expertise to the next chapter of our national-reaching mission. Together, we are redefining what it means to deliver timely, thorough, and compassionate evaluations that empower children, families, and school teams.

After completing your consultation, we will contact you to schedule an evaluation. If services are recommended, we will recommend goals and provide a referral to a therapist who can meet your child’s needs.
Evaluations and Treatment
We offer comprehensive evaluations and individualized therapy services designed to support children across a range of communication needs. Our assessments identify strengths and challenges in areas including articulation, phonology, receptive and expressive language, social communication skills, and fluency (stuttering). Based on evaluation results, we create personalized therapy plans that target each child’s unique goals, helping them build confidence and improve their ability to communicate effectively in everyday life.

Speech Therapy
Speech therapy refers to services related to speech sound disorders. This might include an articulation disorder, a phonological disorder, or childhood apraxia of speech. Language Therapy
